Working with Sean at Reform was one of the best things I've done for my overall health. I limped in with a gnarly ankle injury a few months ago, and walked out today with a new sense of balance and a better understanding of how my particular brain and body navigate the world. I'm not only able to get back to running, but I have a much better plan for how to approach training going forward. The whole team is friendly, the facility is awesome, and Nina is a superstar!
