Always great! My husband and I go almost every week. This is the best place to go since you don't have to make an appointment and can drop by. And the people are always nice!
I go at least once a week, always been very pleased just noisy from all the mall traffic outside!
I have had mostly great experiences there and over the years I've probably been 15-20 times with only one bad experience. I do have one criticism however I wish they could put up doors or something for some soundproofing you can hear the kids at the play place laughing, yelling, crying and screaming the whole time. I love kids but it's not a sound that is particularly relaxing.
