RefleXion Studio is SUCH a gem in Fort Frances! The owners, Ian and Nina are an absolutely lovely couple — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping others on their health journeys. Ian is very knowledgeable as a nutritionist and can answer any questions you have about fitness & nutrition. The owners of RefleXion Studio, Ian and Nina, are both professional and engaging. Always a fun experience in their store and a delight to see what new products they have in their store. Also, they are super helpful in giving ideas, for example, how to make overnight oats with their protein powder or introducing customers to new teas and healthy goodies. Amazing place, well worth the visit!
RefleXion Studio is a gem of a space in rural Ontario. The studio is truely a reflection of the people who run it (Ian and Nina), who have gone above and beyond to foster a culture of health and wellness in Fort Frances.
