You suspend in a epsom salt solution which is the exact temperature as your body, in a light and sound-proof room. This deprives you of all distraction, sight, sound and feeling... this allows your body and mind to slip into a deep, profound state of relaxation and meditation.

Amazing! I was a little skeptical and unsure about what this experience would be like, but I was encouraged to give it a try. Sam and Steve have created a really calm and relaxing environment and I was given all the information I needed to feel safe. The experience was like nothing I have had before. It was just what my body and mind needed. It's also great to have a great selection of clean, high quality supplements to purchase too. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Such a great way to relax and recharge! The pods for the floats are so cool, Steve and Sam are so knowledgeable about health and wellness. Such a great service to have in Prince George!
