I came to Phil desperate for support with my fear of flying. I waited to write this review until I had been on the 22 hr flight I was planning to the UK to visit my family as I really wasn't sure the effect my 1 session with Phil would have on my extreme flying anxiety. Phil was amazing, he was able to understand where i was mentally incredibly accurately and provide a session that was specific to my needs. I am feeling SO much better, and my sleep (core reason for visit) has improved greatly. I cannot recommend him enough. thank you!
