My service providers were Pricilla and Cat and they were fantastic I really enjoyed my services with them massage, facial, and body wrap. The spa itself needs work updating and the hot tube was not working.

Reflections Spa at Harrah’s Casino (connected to Caesars Republic) is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how well the manager leads her team. She goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Amenities were ok, I expected a little more from the massage it was okay but definitely over priced I felt like as much as they moved the blanket around we should have gotten 10 more minutes added on. They had also told us we could charge the massages to the card on file to our room and then wouldn’t let us at check out. I don’t what was going on but they’re machine kept declining our cards we ended up paying cash called the bank and there was no issue with the card.
