Amenities were ok, I expected a little more from the massage it was okay but definitely over priced I felt like as much as they moved the blanket around we should have gotten 10 more minutes added on. They had also told us we could charge the massages to the card on file to our room and then wouldn’t let us at check out. I don’t what was going on but they’re machine kept declining our cards we ended up paying cash called the bank and there was no issue with the card.
Reflections Spa at Harrah’s Casino (connected to Caesars Republic) is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how well the manager leads her team. She goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. From the time my husband and I arrived for our 80 minute couples massage with CBD, we were treated amazingly. The amenities were great. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. At first I thought an 80 minute massage might be a bit long but it goes by very fast. Time flies when you're having a great time. Felipe was my masseuse and he was extraordinary. Terrible experience. Me and my husband booked facials for extractions and hydration and we were told that they did offer this facial for 169.00. Mine was booked for 1 PM and his at 2 PM so we figured they had two people to do our facials. We arrived a little early and they took me in one side and put my husband on the other side. I was offered a robe and slippers but did not think this was necessary and wanted to keep my purse with me and not in a locker.
