GLITTER TOES!!!!!!!!!! These glitter toes DO NOT FALL OR CHIP OFF!! Finally!. I thought it was something I was doing but it turns out it was the way it was being done! Yay for new glitter toes that don't fall off!!

Kelley is the one to see at this salon. She is the owner and knows her stuff. It might be a little tricky to book time with her but if you can get in it's worth it!!!
Best salon in SLC!!! I currently reside in California but I fly back to Salt Lake once a month just to get my hair done at this salon. The salon has a great casual atmosphere and everyone there is freindly and professional. I will never get my hair done anywhere else. TIP: Everyone at Reflections knows thier stuff but if she's available try Kelley at (801) 461-0682. She is the owner and a hair color guru!
