I returned a product I purchased here for my cat who has cancer, pet CBD, because I needed a stronger product. I told person in the store this and they seemed agitated that I was returning the unused product. I was truly appalled by the way I was spoken to during this return process. The person was not kind, said things like I could have and should have called if I needed a different product, and that I should have told him it was for a cat with cancer the first time (I DID!!!). Great shop! The staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. They had just what I needed, & now I don't need to make a pilgrimage for miles - I can get my supplies right here at home. And the price is just a bit better than the shop I was driving miles to reach. So glad my friend told me about Reflections Redux!!

I used to go here a lot and buy incense and other cbd products. well i met the owner outside of his own shop he is rude and nasty to employees that make simple mistakes. will never return, will never give my money to someone who treats people that way. horrible person.
