They are switching soon to virtual-only appointments, but I was lucky enough to catch them in person before the move. A collection of beautiful people. My therapist here is the best I have ever worked with. My highest recommendation to this place!
From the outset, Dr. Shepard’s approach was misleading and manipulative. She falsely presented herself as a psychologist, (she’s a social worker) and promised “post-traumatic growth,” but my experience was anything but positive. I attended the first annual conference and found the content to be excellent—both interesting and relevant. I also loved that not every presenter was a mental health professional—I learned so much getting their perspectives. The staff and volunteers were amazing and I loved the overall vibe. The participants were warm, inclusive, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Access 304 is an incredible organization, led by Dr. Shepard and her team of skilled clinicians. Their mission to provide accessible, compassionate mental health care is truly inspiring, and they consistently go above and beyond to support the community. I highly recommend their services!
