Unorganized, horrible communication, understaffed at dangerous levels, UNDER TRAINED STAFF, little to no activities, horrible management, blatant medical negligence, consistently document tasks that are not performed for your loved ones. If your loved one cannot advocate for themselves and you cannot be there everyday do not place them here! They will not be safe. My Dad got lack of care. I feel he was not bathed and developed Sepsis with a bad urinary tract infection that was not reported to the family until it became Sepsis and it was too late. Jewelry went missing. Management did not return phone calls and and only one family member was allowed to say goodbye when he was dying during Covid even though Hospice said it was fine for the other family member to come say their goodbyes. They took their money and ran basically. Very disappointed!

I’ve been an employee at Reflections and Moraine Ridge for about 8 months now. First off I’d like to say that I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is so nice, and even though I always say I don’t come to work to make friends, I feel like the other employees have become really good friends of mine. Not to mention all the residents, who are always friendly and love to talk and joke around. I had stoped in one day, and was treated very nice by staff. Building was very clean, every staff that walked by smiled asked if I was helped. Felt very welcoming.
