I had stoped in one day, and was treated very nice by staff. Building was very clean, every staff that walked by smiled asked if I was helped. Felt very welcoming.
I recently visited Reflections at Moraine Ridge and was thoroughly impressed with the facility. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely caring. The facility itself is beautifully maintained with bright, welcoming common areas and well-appointed individual rooms. Horrible experience as a caregiver there at Moraine Ridge, especially Reflections specifically. When I first applied it was for Moraine Ridge. But , they put me automatically into the other building of Reflections(dementia unit). Super understaffed. Had to stay there over my scheduled time multiple times. Management would schedule me for days I shouldn’t be scheduled then consider it a “call in” if you don’t show up for the day you were supposed to not be scheduled.
