Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Clean and comfortable environment with exceptional food, and strong communication, making residents feel like family and creating a "home away from home" atmosphere.
My father stayed at Reflections at Garden Place in Columbia, IL for about four years. They treated him like he was part of their family. In the years he was there, we never once had any doubts that he was in good hands.
My mother resided there for around four years and me and my sisters loved having her there. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. They go above and beyond for all the residents. Even spending their own money for gifts for the residents. We would give the facility more than five stars if we could!
A very clean facility with extremely friendly and helpful staff that seems to care about the residents as if they were family members.
