I went to Reflections to have an illegal tint removed from my windshield. They were able to remove the tint film but after applying different solvents and plenty of elbow grease, could not successfully remove the glue. They didn't charge me but suggested that the dealership where I purchased my car held some liability. This was good advice because the dealership eventually resolved the problem. The whole experience was painless in fact enjoyable. Mark repaired a chip in my windshield withing a day before it spread. The shop was immaculate, the staff supper helpful and kind not to mention the chip is almost indistinguishable at a reasonable price. Wish every business was run this way.
