Rude and unprofessional
Great experience at reflect tuning. I was really wanting to get my Passat GT an ECU and DSG tune and thanks to Ian it was made possible. He sent me the cable and it was that easy. Thanks again Ian!
Throttle response was very good on my ‘98 jetta 2.0l with their chip installed. However, I have never been able to read CEL’s or get the car inspected with the chip installed due to the chip making it impossible to connect to the ECU. It’s amazing that I bought it in 2022 but, at that time, they had yet to figure out how to be able to upgrade performance and read CEL’s at the same time. Also, not to mention I have made numerous phone calls and emails to ian@reflecttuning trying to get my money back for not getting 2 step aft... read more
Best VW tuner I know, around a year ago I was recommended to come here to tune my passat gt, I got the ecu and tcm stage 1 tune, The car was alot more responsive. I asked him to add the pops and crackles to it and he did. After a year I was burnt out on having the pop tune so I asked if he could remove it, Ian said to bring it on by and he hooked me up and revising my tune. He's a great guy and does great work.
I was doing a 1.8 swap on my mk4 and had my ecu tuned by someone else. I had been chasing a misfire for MONTHS, and i tried everything, never really considering the tune i originally had could be the problem. I chanced it sending my ecu to Reflect and boy am i glad I did. Crazy good price for the quality of the tune, quick turn around time, and Overall communication and when i plugged it in... NO MISFIRE. I Highly recommend Reflect Tuning
