Worst customer service, ordered a pant which find longer in length. Requested exchange as clearly written on web site for exchange contact with correct size. Requested an exchange. Well after reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit worried that I had been scammed, Not the case, although this was one of my most painful purchases everything did eventually arrive. Quality is genuine and good, not sure if I’d order from them again though the whole UPS process was very painful, first I ran into stocking issues then the shipping delays without proper updating altogether waited for just about a month, when you spend over $700 you kinda want to know where your stuff is. Ordered a pair of boots April 17. A week later checked to see where they were. Zero tracking info so called, no answer, left them a message. No call back. Fast forward to may 1, (2 weeks after order). No answer again left another message but still kept calling. Finnally get thru and am told they are back ordered to June. Right on.
I really like these gloves and they are made well but the fingers are way to long. I originally ordered 2 pairs in a Large and the palm was fine but the fingers were way to long. I usually take Large to XL in gloves but these ones fit funny. Im not really sure if i can get my hands into a medium so i will use these till i get annoyed with the long fingers .
