Very helpful. Great selection of women's (and men's) FR work-wear.
Returns are a nightmare, I tried to return 2 pairs of coveralls that I purchased online. It took 2 phone calls and 2 emails and 3 days to get a reply. Now the 30 day refund time has run out and I’m stuck with $300.00 coveralls that don’t fit. Never again will I buy anything from here.
Great products at great prices. Excellent customer service, I needed a rush job on some embroidery on a coat and they made it happen. This is a great local business that I intend to support going forward for my work wear.
I got a great deal on some Ariat boots. I left 4 stars only because they showed in stock online but they needed to come in from the manufacturer. It took an extra week to get them. But Refinery was helpful on my phone call with an explanation and the boots arrived for a great price.
