Ordered a pair of ariat workhogs and After 6 days with no tracking/update for shipping I emailed them asking for a lead time. They let me know there was a manufacturer defect (they showed me a pic and each boot were two very different colors of leather). The downside was that I had to reach out or I most likely would have waited longer with no updates. Still giving 5 stars because they got back to me very quickly. Worst customer service, ordered a pant which find longer in length. Requested exchange as clearly written on web site for exchange contact with correct size. Requested an exchange. Now got reply we do don’t exchange as correct size sent. Waste of time & money. Reply from sales Department:- Thank you for providing that information.
