Ordered a pair of boots April 17. A week later checked to see where they were. Zero tracking info so called, no answer, left them a message. No call back. Fast forward to may 1, (2 weeks after order). No answer again left another message but still kept calling. Finnally get thru and am told they are back ordered to June. Right on.
I really like these gloves and they are made well but the fingers are way to long. I originally ordered 2 pairs in a Large and the palm was fine but the fingers were way to long. I usually take Large to XL in gloves but these ones fit funny. Im not really sure if i can get my hands into a medium so i will use these till i get annoyed with the long fingers .

Returns are a nightmare, I tried to return 2 pairs of coveralls that I purchased online. It took 2 phone calls and 2 emails and 3 days to get a reply. Now the 30 day refund time has run out and I’m stuck with $300.00 coveralls that don’t fit. Never again will I buy anything from here.
