Before joining Gabby’s program I was not on a consistent workout routine and I didn’t know that protein was so important. After several months of being in the program I’ve had more energy and I like the scheduled weekly check-in’s with Gabby, for accountability to help me stay on track. Before I started with Coach Gabby, I was living a very unhealthy routine. Eating the wrong foods, not exercising, and overall low energy. I was hesitant at first because of the committment involved. Gabby has done wonders for me. I’ve had problems with my neck and back for as long as I can remember. Gabby has been working with me through stretching and exercising some light massage and it has improved greatly and I’m able to get back to some of my activities. She is patient and her knowledge is exceptional when it comes to muscles and relaxation
I really enjoyed my 30 day trial. Gabby was quite helpful in informing me of the right foods to eat and portion control. She gave great suggestions on incorporating more vegetables in my meals.
