I am BEYOND grateful for Tyler and the entire Refine crew. I had surgery to repair a labrum tear in November, 2022. I was so nervous because I wanted to return back to crossfitting and doing what I love. I stayed in PT with Refine for 6 months and can finally say I’m back to almost 100% capacity.
