The online program with the video has been very helpful and is a great program if you can not go in person to a gym that is the program you want.
My only regret is not going to see her sooner. I had such a good experience with Tanya! She was so easy to talk to and I saw real results way faster than I thought I would! She lays the groundwork with you and then empowers you to push your limits as well. Can’t recommend her enough!
Tanya assisted me with knee pain that had persisted for 4 months. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the muscles and ligaments in the body and how they worked together. She actively listened to my concerns and was able to prescribe some exercises for both my core as well as leg muscles to help address the problem.
