My 88 year old mum had a fall, we were looking for a local physio and came across Refine, meet Callum in St Heliers. Firstly took time to understand mum’s issues she has a few medical issues then he came up with a plan which include her doing a number of exercises and over the last 6 weeks from seeing Callum she has got more strength and mobility back. Highly recommend, his care as been expectional!
Had a fantastic experience with Callum at refine health to treat two injuries I sustained to my knee and shoulder tied to past issues. Callum is a complete professional and always ensured I was comfortable and had exercises to my level of rehabilitation - something I had not recieved in the past with other PT's.
