I gave 3 stars. I bought the Obaji toner, had a bad reaction. When I asked for a refund, I was told, “Once it’s opened, I can’t get a refund”. Well, it has to be opened in order to use it! I called the number on back of bottle was told as long as it’s within 30 days, a refund can be given, it was well before 30 days I tried to get a refund. Staff was pleasant; however, they were not wearing gloves or clean the site before placing the IV, and the IV was leaking at the connection site for 10 minutes before the staff checked, and there was no way to notify them. This was at my wife's visit today 8/17/26 at 12:30. Very disappointed. She is kind enough not to complain, but as her husband, this is not acceptable... especially for the price of the services.

They are so professional in the treatments as well as informative! Excellent choice to visit this spa for any and all services they offer!
