Not a great experience. Was not greeted or acknowledged when we entered the store, when we asked the woman at the counter about a specific cleaning product we were told they did not have it and didn't even offer to assist with an alternative. She immediately assisted another couple and completely ignored us. Walked out never to return. For a small business I would have expected much better customer service.
Really like this place. This is the first of this type l that I have visited. They have a ton of small and large containers that you may use to sample or put your product in. I was surprised by the selection and LOVED the tinted moisturizer, the lip tint, and the laundry detergent pods. The pods didn't smell great initially but boy do they make my laundry smell great! We’re so proud to be stocked at Refillary. Adrienne has been such a joy to work with—thoughtful, easygoing, and genuinely committed to offering clean, low-waste products (and also, loves cats—which makes us love her shop even more). We’re grateful to be part of such a fun and intentional space.
Wonderful experience! In addition to sustainable items, they have sourdough on Fridays. There was no pressure to buy while I looked around which was nice. It’s a small space but packed with SO many refillable items - lotions, soaps, shampoos in the middle. Around the outside edge I found toothpaste & mouthwash tabs, laundry detergent sheets, shampoo bars, muscle rub & face cleansers.
