Refill UP is a wonderful shop! You can bring your own containers from home to fill up with a variety of various products including household cleaners, detergents, and skincare/cosmetics. They also carry a wide variety of other products that help you live a more eco-friendly lifestyle. I've especially enjoyed the Swedish dishcloths. The staff are kind and very helpful - if you've never been to a refill store before they are happy to teach you how it works.
Refilled here a couple times. My roommate likes it too :)
