Concept of the store is great, but I’ve been multiple times and am almost always let down by the fact that the majority of their bulk items are out of stock. This would be less of a concern if they had a method in place that shows online what they actually have currently available in the store. Instead, the webpage is clunky, difficult to navigate and entirely unhelpful. It doesn’t seem to be updated with any regularity. Love this store!
Much better than the last few times I visited. Often times they have empty barrels/jugs and jars. I only needed to refill my Boulder laundry soap. It was in stock. I was thrilled.
I am 300% supportive of this stores mission and wanted to give it a positive review, but honestly, I won't be returning after my first visit. A lot of things were out of stock, and the store just felt really gross and unclean, with soaps and other bulk items spilled everywhere. Furthermore, the back wall is overflowing with donated empty containers that just make it feel and look like a dumping ground. I will be continuing to go to Joyfill in Denver, which is always pristine, well-stocked, and the staff very friendly.
