I should not feel bad after leaving a business, but that is exactly what has happened several times now with Refill Madness, and I've reached my limit on tolerating the owner's attitude. As some other reviewers mentioned, you may or may not get properly greeted, and depending on the day, you might get a lot of attitude. Been going for about a year and I’ll never leave! I absolutely love this place! The smooth as silk shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft. The Omega-3 unscented body lotion is great for my eczema. I love their powder dry shampoo! It’s $1 and something per oz but all I need is an oz. It last me over a month and I use it every other day. Everyone is nice and it’s so much cheaper than buying everything at the store.
Did you know this place refills candles? So cool! I bought a "spring rain" scented candle candle during my last hand soap refill. Decided to refil with the Rosemary hand soap. My hubby uses it and loves the scent. It leaves our hands soft, not drying. Also purchased a rose gold color wick trimmer that is designed to not only trim the shallow candles, it can trim my deep cathedral candles .
