I should not feel bad after leaving a business, but that is exactly what has happened several times now with Refill Madness, and I've reached my limit on tolerating the owner's attitude. As some other reviewers mentioned, you may or may not get properly greeted, and depending on the day, you might get a lot of attitude. Been going for about a year and I’ll never leave! I absolutely love this place! The smooth as silk shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft. The Omega-3 unscented body lotion is great for my eczema. I love their powder dry shampoo! It’s $1 and something per oz but all I need is an oz. It last me over a month and I use it every other day. Everyone is nice and it’s so much cheaper than buying everything at the store.
