Refill Madness is great! I find prices fair in comparison to bulk buys from places like Costco, it's nice to help out the environment a bit, and the staff has always been helpful when I visit. One even suggested combining the almond and peppermint scents of Dr. Bronner's, and it's my new favorite! Good stuff, will continue to be a regular customer.
Bring your own container or they provide some of all different sizes. I love the selection. I get the laundry soap and borax. The prices are so reasonable and the quality is tip notch.
We enjoy this place a lot
Been here a few times now and noticed every single time that the staff are not as welcoming. I would always be the one asking for questions and help, customer service isn't the best here. Went to refill the candle, I had to ask them how will I know to pick up. They said they will call. Never did. Had to go in person and of course the staff did not greet and said my refill isn't ready if there isn't a call. Then found my stuff and said that they probably did call, no they did not. I am so excited to have found this shop! Today I bought a knit/mesh bag, a refill of conditioner in a small maple syrup bottle I bought from home, a shampoo bar made locally, a small bamboo spreading stick, and a small cone of deodorant (in a container they offer for free in bins around the store). I paid less than $30 for all of that!!! It is very affordable, and they have a lot of products. Also, the customer service was fantastic!
