The lawyer I was assigned did not know what house I was buying nor did he know the particulars. I had to introduce myself and the property - He still did not know what I was talking about! He spent 5 minutes with me. I realized that they are affordable but I am deserving of my lawyer's time and effort. I am concern that these lawyers do not prepare before appointments.
