The best massage I have had to date. The pressure was perfect, being sore from a run and the techniques used have already released a lot of tension. Not only is Emma extremely professional, her knowledge of the body is incredible! I loved her advice and the exercises she’s given me to do at home. I have gotten so much from this experience.
