Gotta say initially I was greeted graciously and directed to Liz who was very nice and helpful. Then I was directed to the manager, Anna. The brief time I spent with her was too much. I love Reeves! Vicky has always been kind and friendly and my orders never disappoint! I highly recommend Reeves to interior designers and anyone else in need of fresh flowers
Multiple bad experiences. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor communication. Cannot get a credit or refund due to not making a complaint sooner. I thought the delphinium was just puny upon receiving. Some shedding during processing, but after 2 days there were no petals left on the stem.
