I hired this firm to do my taxes for 2021. Mia had a great opening pitch and was very friendly. She seemed to know what she was doing. I was however handed off to a class B accountant who took a long time to prepare my returns. Despite having all of my documents ready in February my return was not completed until October 16th, the day after the very last day possible because of a special holiday.
