We had an old tub and shower faucet handle that broke while we had visitors at home. Brantley, the plumber who came out, arrived right on time and quickly found what was wrong. He replaced both the worn-out cartridge and the broken handle for us. Brantley even took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and offered to let me keep the old cartridge if I wanted.
