Seriously lacking leadership. Some good staff but the management lack empathy and accountability. Clearly don't like residents to have a voice or have residents with family members who speak up.
First time visiting and got treated badly by employees, they didn’t listen the family members needs and wants. This then left our person very upset and it was disappointing to see. please do better
My Grandmother lives here we come here every week to see her she is in her early 80s always love to seeee here
