Great business. Both the main optometrist and vision therapist are lovely, conscientious and thorough. The admin staff are kind and efficient. However, you are better off making phone calls than emails here. As for vision therapy, you will not get overwhelmed with tasks as it can be scaled back or up according to your individual capabilities/needs.
