Found a true gem for recovery and wellness. I pretty much tried everything: the cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, BioCharger, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and more. So happy I got to try it all ! The team was lovely and caring and honestly just had such good energy. They explained everything really well too. I had an amazing experience at Reenergized Human Optimization Studio! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. ReEnergized is honestly one of the best wellness clinics I’ve ever been to. I came in needing recovery after a long day at work and a boost in energy, and I left feeling amazing. The staff is super friendly and their customer service was great. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.
