I’ve been exploring different ways to support my health and recovery, and ReEnergized in Long Beach has quickly become one of my favorite places. I've been coming to Reenergized weekly for the past month and a half for the cold plunge and sauna combo—and I'm completely hooked. It's become my favorite spot for rest and recovery days! What really sets this place apart is how knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming the staff are—truly impressive and appreciated.
Went to try this place after hearing amazing things about it. I tried the massage chair and it was the best massage chair I have ever tried. I did not want to leave. After, I tried the salt room and really felt it cleared up my nose. I felt better after leaving the salt room. The facility was nice and had a great ambiance. The employees were friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to stop by.
I recently visited Reenergized in Long Beach and had such a wonderful experience that I had to share. I came in hoping to reduce inflammation and ease some knee pain I’ve been struggling with, and I left feeling like a whole new person. I was able to try almost all of the treatments they offer, and I can genuinely say I noticed a difference.
