There products are amazing 👏. But the shipping cost for Products that say 2-3 business days. You never get in 2-3 business days. And the waiting time is outrageous no matter what you buy. If you just buy the adhesive it says it will ship in 2-3 days, you pay about 20 bucks for that . Products will be processing for 4-5 days before it even ships, no clue why . Once it ships you still won't get it in 2-3 days . Which makes no sense to charge for shipping when it's going to take about 2 weeks to come .

I am in love. I've got my Packer for little over a year now, and I've been loving it ever since. It did tear twice in this time which is a bit sad, but I still won't complain, as the custumer service is top tier. The first tear got repaired in about 7 weeks including international shipping (wich they paid entirely) and this second tear also is covered by warranty.
