I have purchased 2 STPs in the last 5 years. The pro is by far the BEST STP on the market. Yes, you have about a 4-5 month wait period, and they inform you of that. So, for the reviews bashing the time it takes to receive the product they should have read before purchasing. For transmen life me, who cannot afford bottom surgery, this is the next best thing! Please, run away! I have never experienced such a bad service experience. On the one hand, they tell you that the products are personalized and specifically made for you, and on the other hand, you have no control over the processes. In addition, the length of the processes is longer than the length of time it takes to produce customized luxury vehicles. They tell you that now you are in line. There products are amazing 👏. But the shipping cost for Products that say 2-3 business days. You never get in 2-3 business days. And the waiting time is outrageous no matter what you buy. If you just buy the adhesive it says it will ship in 2-3 days, you pay about 20 bucks for that . Products will be processing for 4-5 days before it even ships, no clue why . Once it ships you still won't get it in 2-3 days . Which makes no sense to charge for shipping when it's going to take about 2 weeks to come .
