Treated me as a tyre kicker, staff member was rude and impatient, I'll find it hard going back unless it's an emergency.
Had my boat serviced at Reef Marine today. They are always good, called me twice for an update and to keep me informed of a few issues they found. Couldn't recommend them enough., great team they have there.
Hello Reef Marine, When I connected my boat to my car after paying for the motor service, I discovered that the motor had not been returned to its travel position and that my motor cover had not been correctly installed. I would like to think that after spending more than $600, my boat would be returned to me in the same condition that I left it. I have purchased two new boats from Andrew at Reef Marine and he is always willing to go above and beyond for me. I also recently dealt with Shannon from the parts area to help with one of my other vessels, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Not only did she attempt to source the parts elsewhere given the boat was off the water as a result of this need, she ended up having it in stock and shipped it the same day to get me back on the water ASAP. I don't normally write reviews, but the guys efforts to help us last week deserve it. We arrived before hours, without a booking, and a little bit desperate the other day when some simple engine dramas prevented us from heading out fishing. The guys happily helped us before they had even opened the shop. They saved the day for us and we were on the water soon after. Great blokes and very happy to help where they can.
