Fantastic quality across the board! I ordered one of their clean up crew packages for a 37G cube. It’s been several hours since acclimating (they give very straight forward and easy instructions for the different animals) and as far as I can tell everything survived the trip and transfer. Excited to see them get to work!

First time buyer. I got my shipment with overnight delivery. Everything was packed securely/insulated and all came alive and healthy. The colors of the hermits/snails/etc looked just like the pictures and the prices were good! I would certainly buy again when I need more additions! Also he shipped the package the day after ordering, so very quickly. Everything in the order was correct. I had a great experience purchasing inverts from this company. I ordered online, and was able to choose the delivery day, which was a huge plus. My order was shipped the day after I purchased, and I received it the next morning. Everything arrived healthy, in great condition, and very active. UPDATE: both tiger conchs and all of my trochus/nassarius made it through acclimating per the website's instructions. I even got a few extra nassarius which was cool! 5 stars for customer service alone. John was ready to answer all of my questions and concerns, and I can't wait to get my new inverts!
