It has been nearly a year at this point with zero communication. My husband and I have called and emailed. I’m very disappointed as we had an excellent first appointment. Update 5/30/24: Mine and my husband should have our names very accessible. See email screenshot and photo of the packet below.

They dont have a set fee so they charge people different amount instead of a set price the way they responded shows alot about their feelings
