As a LMT myself I highly recommend Sam. Sam provides a very technical and professional massage. Her neck work was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars.
Husband had an appointment that he couldn't make. Can be happening if you are self employed and things are coming up. Reed's charged him the full price for a one hour massage! I understand that if a lot of people don't show up or forget to cancel, it can be frustrating because you could have given the appointment someone else. To charge a small percentage of the amount would do it too....but to charge the whole amount is not good customer service.
I just got done with my massage and I hope to return. I recommend coming early if it’s your first visit to fill out paperwork. Samantha listens to what your issues are and does her best to help. The facilities were clean, relaxing and comfortable. Thanks again Samantha, you’re awesome!
