As a first time buyers we was honestly really nervous about the whole mortgage process. We didn't know what to expect and definitely panicked a few times along the way but Ricky made things so much easier than we expected. He was patient, explained everything clearly and kept us updated every step of the way. Even when we was stressed he reassured us and helped us to understand what was happening. In the end it all went smoothly and we're happy to finally be home owners.
