Staff including the eye Dr. is very inpersonable, and rude. My daughter has anxiety and wanted me in the room with her and they didn’t like it. Very unhappy with the way they acted with my daughter and myself. We will not come back here.
I have been going to Reeds, (if it's even called that anymore) for over 20yrs. Ever since RRH has taken over it just seems like they are reaching into everyone's pockets. It's unfortunate, cause l am not even convinced the staff is happy with some of the changes!! Either way, from the very nice nurse how checked me in and prepped me for the doctor, to the doctor and to the birthday gal who checked me out afterwards!! The 3 starts are for all of you!!! Job well done team!!!
Receptionists exetermly rude,refuse to answer straight forward questions. Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance was told my insurance was accepted to show at my appointment, without any notice saying they no longer accept my insurance.

Very rude guy, Brad Cadwell is his name...Did not act professional..ask him questions on some frames, first of all Reed Eyes frames are very expensive, his answer was a turn off to me.. took my prescription & went somewhere else.. I miss Steve he is very professional & very nice to deal with
