i have never wrote a review but because of the incredible service i have received from east coast capital and more specifically reed demos i was compelled to share my experience with a cash out refi reed showed me all of my options and what would make the most sense for my situation he gave me a refi 101 of how many people go wrong and dont get the best rate in the end i was able to refi and pull out 50k and the payment was 27 dollars a month less than i was paying before the refi. reed just really took his time and went ste... read more
