Walter helped us out with all the aspects of purchasing a house. He did all the paper work. He always kept us posted. The purchase made it easy, just keep your phone handy, he will update you in every move. His expertise as a broker is incredible specially for first time buyers like us. Even after you have moved in, he will still visit you to give you pointers on taxes, changes in real estate environment and how to go about refinance. We have experienced this in dealing with him. Have that same experience like us.

If i could put more stars I would. I have to say without the help of Walter Arredondo and Sonia Pleasant, we would have never been able to find our home. It is a stressful process BUT without them it would feel impossible honestly. They've made this stressful experience an easier one and now that we've secured our home it feels weird not having daily communications with them. We feel like our family members moved away lol.
