If I could rate this lower I would. I tried to use this service but they tried to charge more than double what Uber/Lyft would and there no way to report or rate there service. At least with Uber and Lyft you can get rate the ride and sometimes get refunded for bad service.

Pricey
I have seen 5+ taxi drivers in simile Lincoln’s in the past months run red lights (mostly when the intersection is completely empty but they don’t want to wait at the light) Today I witnessed one driver miliciously driving in 101 south. I kept my distance for that reason but when I got behind him to get one more lane over to exit, he break checked me and then when I dodged him he swerved and almost clipped the back of my work van.
