I literally had the very best taxi experience with Gramps than any other service I’ve ever used. My driver, Christie, otherwise known as “Pickle” to her fellow cab drivers, was absolutely the very best you could possibly hope for. Christie went far above the common call of duty. Sad I didn’t catch my drivers name he was so very friendly and respectful. This company has unbeatable prices compared to other options. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you redwood taxi for getting me home in a pinch :)
Calling ahead means nothing, most wait times are over 30 minutes to an hour, drivers are sloppy and rude. One time, I called to schedule a ride, driver went out of order and completely forgot about me- leaving me stranded for two hours. This taxi service is unreliable and unacceptable.
