Calling ahead means nothing, most wait times are over 30 minutes to an hour, drivers are sloppy and rude. One time, I called to schedule a ride, driver went out of order and completely forgot about me- leaving me stranded for two hours. This taxi service is unreliable and unacceptable.
We were stranded in Philo. Redwood taxi came to rescue. Bill, our driver who drove all the way from Santa Rosa to pick us up. He is not only an excellent driver but has a gift of story-telling. The hour and half drive back to Santa Rosa passed in a blink. Thank you, Bill!
