I am not sure what goes on at this financial institute, for I had an account there for 1 year, I had quarterly meetings with a rep. every quarter I ask why my account was on a decline, though in the beginning he made things sound great. I was minus $1000.00 after one year, one reason due to all the fees. I changed to Edward Jones with the same amount of money in January 2016. Now in September I have $11800.00 in the green.
