I purchased a used electric bicycle from Redwood Cycles locally. Steven kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that the bike was safe to ride. He paid for new parts and repairs without increasing the price. He even delivered the bike to me without an extra charge and gave me a demonstration of all of the bicycle's features. Steven stands behind his products and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Redwood Cycles.
