LOVE Redwood Credit Union. Great customer service, and always with a smile. I have banked with a few different banks / credit unions in the past and Redwood Credit Union is by far the best. From normal deposits, to loans and I just used the Notary services. Cynthia helped me today with the Notary services. I made an appointment, I didn't have a delay. My appointment was on time and I received outstanding customer service. This is why I bank with Redwood Credit Union, you are always taken care of... Thank you!
No matter which RCU Branch I go into and no matter what time of day I end up standing in line for 45 minutes. They typically have only half the teller windows open and the tellers are usually engaged in idle chit chat with each customer for extended periods of time. Efficiency and respect for other people's time doesn't exist. I was in The Windsor Branch today and I waited for 30 minutes what about 20 people in line to the back of the bank. Anytime I have to go in to an RCU it is just an infuriating experience.
