I love RCU as my financial institution. This branch however is either ran horrendously or hires poorly. Every time I am here - twice a year, tops - it’s an absolute zoo. Simple transactions take forever. I appreciate the safety but the questions they ask me I have never been asked anywhere in the world. Why are you taking out this large of an amount ($8,200) - it’s none of your business - but it is the holidays so people do still use cash occasionally.
