I usually have a pretty decent experience with RCU but yesterday I received a call about potential fraud and was asked about shutting down my card. I specifically asked them NOT to shut my card down as I had to use it that day. The agent said they understood and would make sure my card was usable. I ended up stranded at a gas station having to ask strangers for cash because they blocked the card anyway. They are completely unresponsive and I couldn't get through to them by phone. Really disappointed.
