The whole San Rafael RCU branch has great manager and staff - this week Guillermo G was especially helpful! He's helped me over the years, always calm, reassuring, experienced (he'e been there for years) - this time I was stressed out about this and that banking matters, he suggested I make an appt to come in and meet with him, and he offered to help me do everything - I came in, we sat down at the desk in a quiet office - and everything I had been putting off for a year - he was there on the phone (for me!) smoothly handlin... read more

I love RCU as my financial institution. This branch however is either ran horrendously or hires poorly. Every time I am here - twice a year, tops - it’s an absolute zoo. Simple transactions take forever. I appreciate the safety but the questions they ask me I have never been asked anywhere in the world. Why are you taking out this large of an amount ($8,200) - it’s none of your business - but it is the holidays so people do still use cash occasionally.
