I feel like their general services and policies are great, however, expect to wait in line up to 30 minutes for a teller to become available. Even with 4 tellers who appear to be working efficiently, i always end up waiting. This is a very popular bank and could benefit from a larger physical location and some additional staff.
I’ve been banking a Loooong Long time. 6 years ago I discovered RWCU, I’ve never experienced a bank or credit union like the Redwood credit union in Ukiah. It is a dream come true. They make me an my whole family feel special. The Team at RWCU is so friendly and always accommodates us, I have gotten to know them all pretty well and now we are on first name bases. I appreciate everyone who works there so much. It’s like a family. Sincerely, SC
