The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. As part of the Chaplaincy team I visit regularly and find Redwood a pleasant environment
Although we are relative newbies to the village being here 7 months we feel very welcome and at home. It is such a delight to have the windows cleaned regularly and the lawns mown and still be able to tend to our own garden!!. Jacqui and Erika have made transitioning from community to village life easy, nothing has been a problem for them.
Amazing care towards all residents, lovely to deal with. Highly recommend Erika that works there , super caring and supportive . Best care in South Island.
My husband and I bought a Villa here in 2019 I am still in the Villa but my husband has moved into full time care. The transition for us was incredible. The care at the home is exceptional, would recommend Redwood Care Centre and Village. A big thank you to the managers, we couldn't have done it with out their help and expertise.
