Tellers are nice but also can’t really fix any of their problems. Went from an ally to my business when Bob was the loan officer to an adversary after he retired. New loan officer is Insulting, threatening, rude, and pretty clueless about any of it. I was willing to overlook the fact they haven’t made it into the 21st century with their outdated systems and tech to get friendly, local, personal service. Now that that’s gone, there’s no reason to stay.
I’ve been an RCB member for about 2 years now and i absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I stop by the branch. They don’t charge excessive unnecessary fees and I love their new mobile app. I appreciate supporting local over the big brand banks that don’t care about you. I look forward to being a long time customer.

Love my local bank
They said not allow you to pay off your car payment with your debit card. They call before your payment is due and demand for money. They threaten to add more fees if you don't pay when they call before the due dates.
