I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for help in finding a product that matched European measurements I’m familiar with. I explained that I usually color with a 10-volume (3%) developer and tone 7, which lays perfectly on my level 5–6 natural hair color without over-lightening and with no damages for my hair. I've been going to Gustavo's since the 2000's when he used to be on 29th and Mission. I lived in Ingleside at the time, and back then I would get haircuts every other week. We got our hair cuts, and sometimes hair dyed too. Gustavo always takes his time and prides himself in his good work. He'll never rush, and he always cuts and styles your hair the way you want it.
